A flat platform fee plus a transparent per-user rate. Annual prepay gets a month free, bank transfer saves a little more, and the price you see is the price you pay.
The $1,000/month platform includes your first 50 users and unlimited admin accounts.
This is your platform plus per-user price, the same price you see here.
What is included: your own dedicated, single-tenant platform, every feature, unlimited admin accounts, and your first 50 users in the $1,000/month base. Additional users are billed per the rate card above. Annual prepay is twelve months for the price of eleven. Bank transfer (ACH or wire) takes 2% off every invoice. Orders above $75,000/year are billed by ACH or wire.

No lock-in. Your data stays yours.
We have spoken with many safety teams who were locked into a platform and then faced a steep, sudden price increase, in some cases close to a doubling in a single renewal. They could not push back, because moving years of safety data to another system was too painful to contemplate. The increase was not really enabled by the contract. It was enabled by the data being held hostage.
We have built Athena Forms™ so that this cannot happen to you. Here is exactly how, in specific and verifiable terms.
Athena Forms™ is available month-to-month. There is no multi-year commitment required and no cancellation penalty. You may discontinue service at the end of any monthly billing period.
This is the foundation of your price protection. If we ever changed your pricing in a way you found unreasonable, you would not need our permission or our goodwill to respond, you could simply leave. A vendor that must re-earn your business every month has no ability to impose a surprise increase, because the customer is never captive. Your protection does not depend on trusting us. It is structural.
If you prefer rate certainty over maximum flexibility, you may optionally choose an annual plan, which fixes your price for the full year and includes a discount. An annual plan locks our price down for you; it is your option, not our requirement.
Month-to-month freedom only fully protects you if leaving is genuinely possible. For a safety platform, the real switching cost is not the contract, it is years of accumulated observations, near misses, hazard reports, and trend history. So we commit, in writing, to the following:
We deliberately commit to a structured, usable format. A locked PDF or an image-only report is the appearance of portability without the substance, and it is one of the ways platforms keep customers captive while claiming to be open. We do not do that.
Large, sudden price increases in this industry are usually driven by the vendor’s own cost structure, heavy legacy infrastructure, large services and implementation organizations, and the overhead that comes with them. When those costs grow, they are passed to customers, often abruptly.
Athena Forms™ is built on a modern architecture without that cost base. We do not have the cost pressure that forces legacy vendors into shock increases, which is why we are willing to make the month-to-month and data-portability commitments above rather than rely on lock-in.
We may adjust pricing over time, and we may introduce new capabilities at additional cost. What we will not do is trap you and then raise your price. The structure above is designed so that we cannot, not merely so that we say we will not.
This document describes our customer commitment and the intent behind our agreements. Specific terms, including export scope and post-termination access, are set out in the applicable service agreement and proposal. Figures and discounts referenced elsewhere are confirmed in your written proposal.
Book a demo and we will show you what Athena surfaces from a program your size, so the estimate above is not the only thing you are deciding on.
